IT Project Manager

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Project Manager to support a fast-paced environment focused on enterprise technology initiatives.This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent IT projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining strong communication across business and technical teams. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days/week.What You'll DoLead multiple IT projects simultaneously in a matrixed enterprise environmentManage projects through full SDLC lifecycle from initiation through implementation and closureDevelop and maintain project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifactsMonitor project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocationFacilitate communication across project stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and vendorsTrack milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and project status updatesEscalate and manage project issues, risks, and scope changes appropriatelyEnsure project documentation complies with organizational and audit standardsCoordinate meetings, status reporting, and project communicationsManage resource assignments and project hours against budgeted expectationsSupport multiple portfolios including Telephony, Client Association, and Med Advantage initiativesDeliver both written and verbal project updates to leadership and stakeholdersWhat You'll Need3+ years of IT project management or leadership experienceExperience managing projects in enterprise IT environmentsStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management principlesExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritiesStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage risks, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies effectivelyStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional teamsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, and ProjectBachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of experience and education#IND1
