Client Service AssociateJob Description and Responsibilities:Investments & Analysis● Process and confirm transactions● Prepare and organize account applications● Develop expertise with platforms and systems utilized● Maintain and update records of transactions via investment logs● Update client investment summaries and prepare investment portfolio proposals Insurance●Coordinate, process, and track applications through underwriting●Update client insurance summaries; manage the insurance log●Send periodic client reminders and updates to service client policiesAdministrative● Backup administrative support to Executive Assistant● Handle personal projects for team leader and team to maximize efficiencyClient Servicing● Responsible for servicing and maintaining client relationships● Communicate effectively with high net worth clients● Preemptively service clients ● Prepare advisor for client meetings and manage all investment and insurance follow-up● Proactive mindset, requiring ability to be highly organizedProduct Knowledge● Develop knowledge of current investment products● Serve as liaison between advisor and wholesalers/strategic alliances● Maintain current knowledge of procedural and regulatory investment requirements Requirements:● Advanced Excel and “follow up” skills● Highly organized, self-motivated and extremely detail oriented● Bright, loyal team member with a great work ethic● Positive “can do” attitude● Able to work quickly and multitask without compromising quality or accuracy● Extremely responsible; professional and presentable at all times● Superior oral and written communication skills● Efficient and effective time management skills● eMoney experience preferred● Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and 2 - 5 years industry experience preferredPay: $65,000.00 - $80,000 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insurance
