Entry level Mechanical Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Mechanical Designer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models and manufacturing drawings to meet specific customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production and sales, to ensure designs are accurate, practical, and compliant with company standards.Key Responsibilities:Design & Modeling: Create new or modify existing 3D models and detailed 2D fabrication drawings based on customer specifications.Standards Compliance: Ensure all drawings and engineering documentation strictly conform to company design guidelines and industry standards.Data Management: Utilize SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM for file management, revision control, and data integrity.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with fabricators, welders, and machinists on the shop floor to support production, and coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to ensure project alignment.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 1+ years of design experience or training from school or internships
