Lead Payroll Analyst (Oracle HCM integrations required) Location: Hollywood, FL (Monday-Friday to start, hybrid later)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMAnnual Salary : $85,000–$105,000 Position Summary We are hiring a seasoned Lead Payroll Technical Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle HCM Payroll implementation within an established Payroll Department. This full-time, direct-hire role will require onsite presence in Hollywood, FL during the initial months of implementation, with the expectation of transitioning to a hybrid schedule later in the year.This position is highly influential during the system rollout and will evolve into a Payroll Analyst role once the platform is fully deployed and stabilized. Deliver functional and technical payroll expertise throughout the implementation of enterprise HCM/ERP systems (Oracle HCM strongly preferred)Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Payroll, HR, IT, and other internal partnersSupport payroll system configuration, testing cycles, validation efforts, and parallel payroll runsEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of payroll dataEvaluate end-to-end payroll workflows and recommend process enhancementsCreate, maintain, and analyze payroll reporting; assist with audits and ad hoc reporting needsManage competing priorities while contributing to cross-functional initiativesProvide ongoing payroll system support following go-live What qualifications are required of the Payroll Analyst? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Bookkeeping, or a related disciplineAt least 10 years of experience working with centralized, automated payroll systems or similar financial/accounting platformsExtensive experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and ERP implementations (highly preferred)Familiarity with UKG timekeeping systems and Lawson ERP is a plusStrong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and statutory complianceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office toolsWorking knowledge of SQL is highly desirableAmerican Payroll Association (APA) certification preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with a focus on efficiency and accuracyAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required#LI-EA3#ZRCFS#LI-ONSITE
