Shop helper/ Cabinet maker apprentice

Job Summary We are seeking shop helper / cabinet maker apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning how to assemble cabinets with precision and care, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Duties Assemble various components and structures according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize tools and equipment such as hand tools, and power tools for assembly tasks. Sanding Cabinet Parts Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Cut out parts for jobs by using blueprints/plans Qualifications Proven experience in assembly or related fields is preferred. Skills in frame carpentry, and finish carpentry are plus Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work under a skilled cabinet maker and independently when given tasks Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures at all times. Pay- negotiable depending on experience.
