Landscape Production Services Coordinator

The Landscape Production Services Coordinator will be an integral part of our Production Division, responsible for coordinating landscape services and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for enhancing outdoor environments. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.Collaborate with production crews to schedule and ensuring projects are completed on time and to our quality standards.Maintain accurate records of services rendered, manage customer feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly.Work closely with management to ensure seamless communication between clients and production teams.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work orders, client communications, and service reports. Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in customer service/customer care, preferably in a landscaping/construction or trade industry with an emphasis on client satisfaction.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Sense of urgency to complete tasks/requests.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Excel, Word, Outlook, etc; experience with project management software is a plus.A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.Bilingual in English and Spanish. Job TypeFull TimeCompensationCompetitive compensation depending on experience.Schedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayOvertime (as needed) Eligibility based on time of employment for 401(k), PTO, vacation days, holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, referral program, home build mission trips to the Caribbean, and more!Click here to apply: https://careers.hireology.com/hittlelandscaping/2028046/description?ref=linkedin.com&utm_campaign=Application+sent+emails&utm_medium=email&utm_source=SendGrid
