Weatherization Crew LeadHomeWorks Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.ResponsibilitiesManage Mass Save jobs with team of 1 to 2 installersComplete work in a timely managerComplete work up to Mass Save standardsEnsure great customer experienceEnsure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and installComplete proper documentation for each jobCollect copay from customer.
