The Managing Attorney will oversee closing operations, provide guidance on legal matters, and market to build their own book of business. As a leader, the Managing Attorney will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and staff.QualificationsExpertise in Law with specialization in Real Estate LawProficiency in Legal Research and the ability to analyze complex informationStrong Negotiation and conflict-resolution skillsBar admission and license to practice law in the state of GeorgiaExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong communication, organizational, and analytical abilitiesPrior experience in managing a legal team or firm is a plus
