Quality assurance, maintaining overhead costs, and ensuring high customer service standards are the major tasks associated with this position. Position has frequent interactions with travelers on the roadways.Primary FunctionsFloor Care Cleaning of restrooms repeatedly Window cleaningRemoving of trash and recyclablesVacuuming & Dusting Snow removalLandscapingAdditional Functional / Organizational SupportWorks as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the contract are fulfilledAdditional tasks as assigned by supervisorQualifications And AttributesPrevious custodial or janitorial experienceStrong organization skills with accurate attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to multi- taskGood customer service skillsAble to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to function as part of a cohesive teamEducation And ExperiencePrevious cleaning experience requiredPhysical CharacteristicsCapable of walking around the location to accomplish various tasksMust be capable of standing for several hoursMust be able to withstand cold temperatures in the winter and warm temperatures in the summer.
