We’re Hiring: Commercial EV Quotes SpecialistWe’re looking for an experienced Commercial EV Quotes Specialist to join our team. This role will support the quoting process for commercial EV infrastructure opportunities by reviewing designed plans, understanding electrical drawings, and preparing accurate, timely quotations that help drive profitable work.This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands the commercial EV charging space and can confidently turn designed electrical plans into well-organized, competitive quotes. The right person will bring strong attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.What You’ll Do:• Prepare accurate commercial EV infrastructure quotations based on designed plans and project requirements • Review and interpret electrical drawings, site plans, specifications, and related bid documents • Understand EV charging infrastructure scope including electrical distribution, conduit runs, switchgear, panel upgrades, and charging equipment requirements • Evaluate pricing, availability, lead times, and logistical considerations that may impact project costs • Coordinate with internal teams to support timely and accurate quote delivery • Maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and related correspondence • Help keep quote tracking information accurate and up to date • Review project scope carefully and identify quote changes, gaps, or updates as needed • Support overall quoting operations through responsiveness, accuracy, urgency, and follow-throughWhat We’re Looking For:• Experience preparing commercial EV charging infrastructure quotes REQUIRED • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications • Experience reviewing designed plans and building accurate project quotations from them • Understanding of commercial electrical systems and EV charging infrastructure preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently in a remote roleLocation: RemoteCompensation: Starting at $85,000+ DOEIf you have experience preparing commercial EV infrastructure quotes and are comfortable reviewing electrical plans to build accurate pricing, we’d love to connect.
