The company’s excellence has been recognized with multiple honors, including two Queen’s Awards for Enterprise and the Institution of Structural Engineers’ Supreme Award for Excellence in Structural Engineering.Role Description This is a full-time Project Engineer role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, offered on a hybrid basis with a combination of in-office and work-from-home days. The Project Engineer will contribute to the design and delivery of structural and multidisciplinary projects, preparing calculations, models, and technical drawings under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and other consultants, attending project meetings, and supporting the development of innovative, buildable engineering solutions. The role also involves assisting with project planning, monitoring progress against deadlines, preparing technical reports, and supporting quality assurance processes. The Project Engineer will collaborate closely with colleagues across global offices to share knowledge, align standards, and help deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.Qualifications Strong Project Engineering skills with experience contributing to structural or multidisciplinary building projects.Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting delivery to schedule and budget.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients, and to present technical information clearly.Experience using structural analysis and design software, as well as proficiency in relevant CAD/BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.Interest in innovative materials, high-performance façades, or glass and specialty structures is highly desirable.
