Overview: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality or food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Passion to deliver the best experience through attentive and friendly service. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner Explain menus and provide detailed information when asked Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems like Toast POS Clear tables, reset them, and assist in bussing duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas Answer the phone promptly and answers questions from customers and take orders when needed. Process and ensure accuracy for all pick up, delivery and outdoor dining orders. Assist in ensuring all employees follow all company safety, sanitation and cleanliness policies and procedures. Correctly setting up the outdoor dining areas and support when needed. Performs opening and closing shifts/responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner as required by business need. Perform inventory and supply checks and place restaurant orders as required by Management. Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate. Be present during busy location time periods, such as evening and weekends. Minimum Qualifications Able to use touch-sensitive POS System. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. when necessary. Able to work in and out of a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time. Must be able to take direction and have clear/professional communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Able to work at multiple locations within a working day (up to two locations in a day).
