Position:IT Support Administrator Mode of Job: 5 Day Onsite Location: Draper UTAH Country: United States What You Will doUser lifecycle management through Active Directory and OktaCollaborate on handling help desk support issues.Configuring corporate workstations for new hires, staff upgradesAssist local and remote staff on hardware, software, and networking issuesAssist in the upkeep of office meeting room technologies (AV)Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects, upgrades, and enhancementsWho You AreExcellent communicator with interpersonal skillsProficient in documentation and focused on consistent quality supportWillingness to learn new technologies and servicesInterested in driving automation and taking ownership over SaaS toolingDemonstrates self-management skills while working independently from a remote locationWhat You Have3+ years of experience in Help Desk or above rolesWorking knowledge of Windows (DHCP, DNS, etc.) beyond basic knowledgeExperience with Windows MDM such as Desktop Central (Manage Engine) or Microsoft IntuneExperience with a wide range of SaaS products (Okta, Google Suite, Zapier, Jira, Confluence,etc)Foundational industry certifications, such as A+, CCNA, and Security+Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently with a remote team.Experience with automation/ai is a plus
