Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of digital innovation, driving exceptional customer experiences and sustainable growth.In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance providedFacilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutionsParticipate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stabilityConduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositoriesImplement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standardsDevelop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applicationsActively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliabilityMaintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projectsYour contribution to the team:A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.A passion for design and hands-on coding experienceA proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications.The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.Required Skill and ExperienceExperience with Information TechnologyExperience in React NativePreferred Skill and ExperienceExperience in mobile app based front-end development in native and cross-platform mobile technologiesExperience in React Native based cross-platform mobile application development for both iOS and AndroidExpertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modulesAbility to define cross-platform mobile app solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibilityExperience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deploymentExperience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile securityExperience in integrating complex mobile front-end pages with back-end APIs/microservicesExperience directly working on teams with DevOps responsibilitiesProficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activitiesKnowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira)Ability to lead the team and take bottom-line responsibility of work delivered by the teamAbility to communicate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and with ClientsExperience in leading onsite/offshore teamsProven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facingExperience with Agile/Scrum ways of workingThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.Additional Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
