Mobile Technician
Maintain mid- to extensive-level working knowledge of hydraulic, fuel, brake, air conditioning, powertrain, air brake, diesel, and gas engine systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures
Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment and components
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Maintain company equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition and report deficiencies to supervisors
Complete all related paperwork accurately and timely
Maintain ability and experience to perform federally required DOT annual inspections
Work safely at all times and adhere to all applicable safety policies, procedures, and standards
Promote Suntec core principles to cultivate a collaborative, accountable work culture and create an ESOP mindset that emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and long-term investment
Valid CDL-A license required (or ability to obtain and maintain CDL-A)
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with associates and management regarding vehicle, component, and equipment conditions, problems, recommendations, and repair processes
Basic computer and internet knowledge required
Knowledge and skills to operate and understand scanning and diagnostic equipment, including computerized instrumentation
Appropriate manner, conduct, and grooming in adherence to company policy
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Must be able to meet all safety requirements, follow applicable safety policies, and use all required safety equipment
