Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Hanford, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,009 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN - Med/Surg Specialty: RN - Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 hours (3rd 12) Experience: Preferred acute care facility experience License: Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice required Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Must-Have: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred - AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff. Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues. Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes. Implements the plan and coordinates care delivery. Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Evaluates progress toward attaining outcomes. Identifies outcomes for the patient or the patient's situation. Collaborates with the team comprised of patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide patient care in a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment. Provides learning opportunities for patients and family members as well as team members. Directly provides health information to patients, families, and treatment teams. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
