Senior Program Manager

Overview As aSenior Project/Program Manager at Voya, you will lead large, complex initiatives from planning through delivery, aligning them with business goals and budget. You’ll partner with multiple IT and business areas, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. You’ll drive risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, while promoting Voya’s delivery standards.
