Through expert consulting, testing, and training, we empower organizations to implement effective process safety management systems.Position SummaryPrime Process Safety Center, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to support the company’s accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and operational finance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and reportsManage accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess payroll and employee expense reimbursementsReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accountsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingPrepare invoices and monitor customer paymentsSupport budgeting and cash flow trackingCoordinate with external CPA, auditors, and tax professionalsMaintain compliance with company accounting policies and proceduresAssist with sales tax filings and other regulatory reportingMaintain confidentiality of all financial and company informationSupport management with financial analysis and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelExperience with payroll processing preferredStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in consulting, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial services industriesCPA candidate or certification is a plusExperience with multi-state operations and expense managementCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesSalary: 45K to 55k per year based on experienceLocation: 12925 Cypress North Houston Road, Cypress TX 77429Contact: admin@primeprocesssafety.com
