Overview As IT Project Manager, you will own end-to-end project performance for a major Intelligence Community CIO program, aligning acquisition activities with contract delivery. You will plan, execute, and close projects, manage scope, time, cost, and quality, and coordinate stakeholders, teams, and vendors to ensure on-time capability delivery. You will support pre- and post-award contracting activities and lead efforts across requirements, IGCEs, SLAs, and CDRLs. This role centers on acquisition, enabling a seamless pipeline from requirement to award to delivery and ongoing governance. Compensation / Benefitsflexible time off11 paid holidays401(k) with generous matchmedical, dental, and vision coverage100% company-paid life insurance and disability benefitsprofessional development assistance ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end project performance across technical, contractual, and administrative dimensionsPlan, execute, and close projects that meet customer objectives and constraintsManage pre-acquisition and post-award contract administration activities with CIO stakeholdersDevelop requirements packages (PWS, CDRLs, QASP, SLAs, IGE, evaluation factors) and coordinate with Contracting OfficerProvide cost and price analysis for IGCEs and drive pre-acquisition activities to mitigate gaps in serviceMaintain acquisition plans, program control, and contract portfolio tracking across multiple award vehiclesAdvise CORs and program managers through the acquisition lifecycle and coordinate with finance, contracting, and resource managementFacilitate governance and review forums (PMRs, QBRs, TEMs, Award Fee Boards) and support SharePoint administration and monthly financial reportingYou will be responsible for building relationships with customers, teaming partners, and vendors to enable IT service deliveryIf you want to run the whole pipeline from requirement to award to delivery, this is the seat. Key requirements8+ years of IT project management or acquisition support experienceExperience with federal acquisition activities including requirements packaging, IGCEs, and contracting officer coordinationWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project including EPM, SharePoint, Visio)Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication; strong customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks under pressureActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, or ability to pass a polygraphexcellent communicationcustomer service mindsetcreative problem-solvingMS WordMS ExcelMS Project (including EPM)
