Gastroenterology Physician

UK King's Daughters, a 465-bed regional healthcare system serving Kentucky and Ohio, is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Gastroenterologist.The salary guarantee range is $700,000 to $730,000. The physician will be eligible for bonuses based on wRVUs starting in the first year. We also offer a $100,000 signing bonus and $75,000 in student loan repayment spread over the three years of the contract, as well as excellent benefits and paid occurrence form malpractice. Our practice promotes work-life balance: flexible work schedule, manageable call and seven weeks off. Our collegial practice features six gastroenterologists, supported by a team of experienced advanced providers. UK King's Daughters serves a growing patient population of 750,000 in eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. With a vast network of primary care providers, and referrals from 20 area hospitals, our gastroenterologists enjoy vibrant practices.Other program highlights:Our GI physicians perform colonoscopy, EGD, EUS and ERCP (diagnostic and interventional), endoscopic resection, balloon enteroscopy, esophageal ablation and capsule endoscopy.Manageable call and clinic volume.Construction is underway on a new stand-alone endoscopy facility on our Kentucky campus.UK King's Daughters is powered by the EPIC electronic medical records system.The practice location, Ashland, Kentucky, is a safe, family-friendly community with great schools, affordable living and excellent local shopping and dining.
