A company is looking for a Plan Document Specialist to translate complex health plan designs into clear, compliant documents. Key Responsibilities Draft and maintain plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and benefit summaries Produce regulatory materials such as Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) and Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) Ensure regulatory alignment and validate plan accuracy by reviewing internal documentation and responding to inquiries from various teams Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field Experience in a similar role Prior experience with self-funded health plan development and implementation (preferred) Knowledge of Federal Health Care Laws Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
