Sales Executive
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth within our Large Enterprise segment. This role focuses on net-new business development while expanding and managing a portfolio of key strategic accounts.What You’ll Do:Drive new business and exceed revenue targets within enterprise accountsSell fiber-based network and custom technology solutionsManage and grow a base of high-value strategic customersBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x quota) using SalesforceDevelop account strategies and plans aligned with regional goalsEngage with stakeholders up to C-level and lead complex deal cyclesPartner with internal teams to position solutions and close businessRequirements:5+ years of B2B sales experience (tech/telecom preferred)Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota + net-new growthStrong consultative/solution selling skillsExperience negotiating deals and closing complex salesComfortable working with enterprise clientsWillingness to travel as neededNice to Have:Telecom / fiber / network solutions backgroundPresident’s Club / top performer historyWhy Conterra:High-growth fiber network company (11,000+ miles nationwide)Strong team culture + customer-first mindsetCompetitive benefits + work/life balanceCompensation:$80,000 - 100,000 base salary + commission structure.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
