Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development
At least 3 years of experience focused on workflow automations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience in healthcare
Hands-on expertise with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Java
