HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Job Duties HelpDevelops CHR Policy. Advises the Director of Civilian Force Management (A1C) on actions required to plan, implement and sustain its mission.Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis on CHR programs. Undertakes special studies, assists with projects, and carries out assigned missions of the very highest priority, many of which are of direct responsibility or concern to the A1C, DAF Senior Leaders or the Department of Defense (DoD).Represents the agency with external working groups regarding CHR matters. Represents the DAF through contacts with external activities including: HAF and other DAF organizations and MAJCOMs; Office of the Secretary of Defense; the Joint Staff; sister Services; other Federal, State, and local government agencies; academic and policy communities; and private industry and business.
