Customer Service Representative/ Jr Account Executive (Women's Intimate)

We are seeking an experienced bi-lingual customer service representative specializing in apparel, to join our team and grow into a jr. account executive. Responsibilities: Provide friendly and dependable customer service by staying in regular contact with existing customers and following up on their needs Learn the fundamentals of wholesale sales by assisting the sales team and managing a set of smaller customer accounts Enter orders and assist with invoicing and order tracking Update and send curated product line sheets, keeping assortments fresh and on-trend Coordinate customer orders with the warehouse and help manage orders from start to finish Assist with resolving customer questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner Work closely with the team to share feedback on product performance, customer requests, and sales opportunities Stay engaged with current fashion trends, including Mexican-inspired styles, colors, fabrics, and cultural influences Research assigned accounts and the market to help identify growth opportunities and new product offerings Skills & Attributes Interest in fashion, trends, and Mexican-inspired styles Comfortable in a professional office environment Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; QuickBooks a plus) Spanish preferred Requirements Entry-level position with training provided Some professional or office experience preferred Monday–Friday availability Open to occasional international travel Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
