May at times be required to assist in the landscaping maintenance Uses knowledge of fundamental building maintenance, casino/hotel experience preferable Possess proficiency of hand or power tools Must be able to follow safety guidelines Respond to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property Skills, Education and Other Requirements: Basic reading and writing abilities Ability to work safely with power equipment and tools Proficient in life safety systems operation and resetting. Must be able to understand and follow MSDS sheets Know the location of all safety equipment how to use the safety equipment and check safety equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license Basic computer skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience General maintenance experience preferred Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
