Client Support Specialist (Data Indices)
OverviewJob PurposeICE Data Indices presents multiple, unique opportunities for a full time Client Support Specialist to join a team responsible for providing support of various Fixed Income platforms. Support functions will include but not be limited to, standardized report configuration, enhancing technological environments, and assisting in building workflows to satisfy client Fixed Income strategies.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance on various client workflows to multiple internal ICE Data Services teams including development, data content, product, quant and quality assuranceAssist in implementation and creation of new accounts and projectsProvide expert training and support to application usersStreamline current procedures to better serve end-customers.Perform analytical research in order to validate client reporting and strategyPerform training/demos to prospective clients as well as other internal ICE Data Services teamsKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor's Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Economics or Computer ScienceWork experience of 0-1 year acceptableExcellent communication skills needed to effectively support clients over phone and emailSufficient analytical skills needed to understand and interpret theoretical/mathematical calculationsSufficient technical skills needed to troubleshoot the various products and platformsIntermediate PC skills needed for assisting in software navigation, server management, and automation buildingLI-SF1Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
