13111BRTitle:Warehouse ClerkJob Description:Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment. Performs administrative duties for the warehouse. Assists daily on-going warehouse operations, picking and packing orders, shipping and receiving.Receives trucks and unloads merchandiseChecks-in merchandise and affixes labelsPlaces merchandise on pallets or shelves for distributionRecords amounts of materials or items receivedStacks merchandise on racks and stocks warehouse with toolsAssists in cycle counting, product family/locationsResponsible for picking, packing and stocking of parts in the warehouseFulfills customer ordersProcess order using FIFO orderWork with production/manufacturing for finished good productsProcess parts for sterilizationMoves materials off racks and packages for shipmentFill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock itemsMaintains records of all activities and processes pertaining to warehouseIdentifies damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouseFollows all safety codes and ensures product is handled according to proceduresCarries out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisorEnsures machinery is serviced and functionalMaintains cleanliness and organization of the warehousePerforms other duties and responsibilities as assignedAuto req ID:13111BRLocation MV:Aliso Viejo, California, USADepartment Name:331 - COGS Logistics Cost ExpQualifications:Shipping and Receiving experience preferred.Attention to detail required.Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Excel a plus.High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one year warehouse experience including ERPWorking knowledge of computer systems and programs, RF Smart Scanners.Forklift operator experience/certification a plus.Ability to work varying shifts, overtime and weekendsEEOWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
