Crisis & Counseling Centers is seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians to provide counseling services to both children and adults. Key responsibilities include:
Build rapport and assist clients in determining their needs and goals in therapy
Completing Comprehensive Client Assessments and Developing Treatment Plans
Assessing Risk Factors
Discussing with Clients Service Expectations
Documentation
Protecting Clients Confidentiality and Rights
The ideal candidate would possess:
Empathy and Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and the ability to empathize with the challenges faced by clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with clients, their families, and other professionals.
Knowledge of Community Resources: Familiarity with local resources available to support clients in their recovery journey.
Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs.
Professional Growth: A growth mindset and an interest in acquiring additional agency-sponsored licensures and certifications (e.g. C-DBT Cert., Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Cert., etc.).
Education: LCPC or LCSW required.

Requirements:
Education/Experience requirements:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field.
State licensure as an LCSW or LCPC.
Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
Hours:
This is a flexible, hourly part-time position that includes up to 20 hours per week.
Location:
This position will be based out of our Augusta office. Telehealth/remote work, in office, and hybrid options are available.
Pay rate:
$45.00 per session. Billing and admin tasks are at a reduced hourly rate. Supervision hours will be provided.
