This is an exciting opportunity to shape team culture, drive service standards, and contribute directly to the ongoing success of an established hospitality organization.Senior Restaurant Manager Benefits & CompensationAnnual salary between $80,000-$85,000Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plus additional supplement plans1 week of vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 yearPaid time off and sick leaveEmployee Assistance Program and employee recognition programsComplimentary employee mealsSupportive, collaborative work environment with a focus on growth and developmentSenior Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications3+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining, or at a 4 or 5 star/diamond level food & beverage hotel restaurantBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldStrong knowledge and understanding of all front-of-house rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as neededDemonstrated team player with a hands-on attitude and high standardsUnderstands financials, forecasting, and POS systems (Toast or similar)Proficient in Excel, Word, and related softwareStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and team membersSenior Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & SkillsExperience with employee hiring, training, and developmentFamiliarity with bar programs and inventory processesBilingual fluency is a plusSenior Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to ensure outstanding guest serviceOversee floor management, including engaging with guests and managing daily operationsCoordinate closely with back-of-house management to maintain seamless communicationManage and support opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handlingConduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing training to uphold service standardsAssist with scheduling, onboarding, and performance management of team membersMonitor compliance with health, safety, and company policiesRepresent the management team by providing constructive feedback and actively contributing to improvements
