With a strong emphasis on player development and community engagement, the club creates an enriching environment for players of all levels.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Competitive Soccer Coach located in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities include planning and conducting soccer training sessions, developing players' skills and tactics, overseeing team practices and matches, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. The Coach will provide mentorship and guidance, promoting athlete growth while adhering to the club's values and standards. Collaboration with parents, other coaches, and club staff is essential for program success. This is a 10-month contract position.QualificationsStrong Communication skills to engage with athletes, parents, and staffExperience in Education or Coaching to foster skill development and teamworkKnowledge of safety procedures, game rules, and player well-beingAbility to motivate and inspire players and act as a role modelRelevant coaching experience and licenses are preferred. If not licensed, must be willing to attain one.Previous experience in a competitive sports environment is an advantageMust complete a background check and SafeSport Trainings
