This role performs troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repair, and installation on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CNC-controlled equipment. We offer long-term stability, growth opportunities, and a team-focused work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Maintenance & RepairDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures on fabricationequipment (bridge saws, CNC machines, polishers, conveyors, etc.).Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.Replace worn components and adjust machinery to factory specifications and safetystandards.Troubleshooting & DiagnosticsInterpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools.Utilize root-cause analysis to correct recurring issues.Troubleshoot PLC, sensor, motor control, and related systems at a basic to intermediate level.Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceMaintain maintenance schedules and logs.Conduct inspections and report potential problems before failures occur.Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during low-impact times.Safety & ComplianceFollow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures at all times.Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety procedures.Ensure machine guards, PPE, and safety systems are in place and functional.Continuous ImprovementWork with fabrication supervision to implement improvements in machine reliability andefficiency.Maintain clean, organized work areas and maintenance stores.Document maintenance activities and machine histories.What We’re Looking For2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceMechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skillsExperience with CNC equipment preferredAbility to read schematics and use diagnostic toolsAble to lift 50+ lbs and work in a production environmentAvailable for overtime and emergency repairs as neededPreferred (Not Required)Trade school or technical certificationPLC or CNC maintenance experience Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese)
