Concierge Professional

The Greet Hub Concierge provides professional, high-quality support to employees, visitors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment. This highly visible role combines hospitality, administrative coordination, and responsible for executing daily operations at the Greet Hub while providing best-in-class service to employees, clients, and guests.The Concierge plays an important role in creating welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and disciplined presence. The Concierge ensures consistency in service delivery, supports concierge research and contributes to an organized, efficient, and engaging workplace environment.This is a full time role with hour Monday - Friday. Compensation for the role start at $18 per hour.Work EnvironmentThis role is based onsite in a professional corporate office environment. The Concierge is expected to maintain a visible, welcoming presence and support both daily operations and service delivery needs throughout the workday. Flexibility may be required based on business needs, staffing coverage, and onsite events.Job Responsibilities:Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all employees, visitors, and vendors, setting the standard for a five-star workplace experience. Anticipate and proactively address employee and guest needs to deliver memorable and high-touch experiencesRespond to employee requests in a timely, courteous, and professional mannerMaintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and well-stocked reception area and common spacesSupport new hire tours and assist with visitor or group arrivals as neededStay informed about building activities, workplace updates, and local resources that may support employeesAssist with monthly tabling events to promote concierge services and engage employeesEnsure the front desk is never left unattended, Aid with maintaining site security by strictly adhering to and enforcing established procedures, managing logbooks, and issuing visitor badgesEnter service requests accurately and maintain complete and timely records in the appropriate systemsMaintain a working knowledge of building operations, workplace policies, and available services to assist with facilities-related requests and coordinate follow-up as neededServe as a trained backup for remote switchboard coverage when neededSupport personal and convenience-related requests (e.g., travel, reservations, gift ideas, event planning, household services) with discretion; coordinate with local vendors to identify employee offerings, discounts, and resourcesResearch local events and experiences to support employee engagement, while building partnerships with local vendors to provide onsite services, discounts, and offeringsCommunicate effectively with the onsite team regarding daily operations, service needs, and employee feedbackAdapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining service standardsSupport operational improvements by sharing observations and ideas to enhance employee experienceAchieve monthly targeted goals and service metrics as assigned Assist in the development and continued maintenance of Standard Operating ProceduresPerform other job-related duties as assignedRequirementsCompetencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skillsActive listeningAbility to adhere to scheduleDesire for continuous learningFlexibility to adapt to changing tasks/prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional presence and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of customer service experienceExperience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, workplace services, or a related service environment preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and TeamsAbility to use internet search tools, navigate systems, and complete accurate data entryDependable, flexible, and committed to delivering consistent serviceExperience supporting a corporate office environmentFamiliarity with service request systems, visitor management tools, or workplace support platformsExperience working with employees, vendors, and guests in a polished service settingBenefitsMedical, dental, vision Insurance starting the first day of the month after hireLong term and short term disability insurance pair for by Circles401k with matchLife insurance paid for by CirclesUp to 15 days of PTO per yearPaid holidays Access to discount programs30 day paid sabbatical
