Hiring: Transaction Coordinator (Mid-Market Commercial)📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)📅 Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension)💰 Pay Rate: $90 - $120/hr on W2We're looking to hire a Transaction Coordinator who will support the Mid-Market Commercial team by owning the operational side of the sales process.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Contract Operations, or Commercial Operations in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.What You'll Do✅ Manage the complete Quote-to-Cash process from quote creation through contract execution.✅ Build and maintain quotes using Salesforce CPQ or similar tools.✅ Coordinate contracts, renewals, amendments, order forms, and NDAs through Ironclad, DocuSign, or other CLM platforms.✅ Resolve billing, pricing, provisioning, and contract-related issues.✅ Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations teams.✅ Improve operational processes by documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency.What We're Looking For✔️ 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Contract Operations, Order Management, or Sales Support.✔️ SaaS or enterprise software industry experience.✔️ Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or similar CPQ platforms).✔️ Experience with Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or similar contract management tools.✔️ Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, enterprise contracts, renewals, pricing, and billing workflows.✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Ideal Backgrounds• Deal Desk Analyst• Revenue Operations Specialist• Sales Operations Specialist• Quote-to-Cash Specialist• Commercial Operations Specialist• Contract Operations Specialist• CPQ Administrator
