Construction Laborer

We are looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on position assisting with concrete, asphalt, and general construction work. *Job duties include:* * Assist with concrete and asphalt work * Shovel, rake, lute, broom, and perform general site cleanup * Help prepare areas for concrete and asphalt placement * Use hand and power tools including saws, jackhammers/pneumatic hammers, concrete saws, and other construction equipment * Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment * Assist experienced crew members with daily jobsite tasks * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Work outdoors in varying weather conditions *Requirements:* * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ pounds * Dependable and willing to work * Able to follow instructions and work as part of a crew * Construction experience is preferred but not required * CDL is a plus, but not required We are willing to train the right person. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn the construction trade and grow with the company.
