General Manager - New Store Opening (NSO) Location: Tinton Falls, NJ Salary: Up to $85,000An emerging fast-casual concept is preparing to open a new location in Tinton Falls and is seeking a New Store Opening (NSO) General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations. This role requires a highly independent, hands-on leader with strong QSR experience who can take full ownership of the business from pre-opening through stabilization.What You'll Do:Lead all aspects of the new store opening, including hiring, training, and operational setupBuild, train, and develop a high-performing team from the ground upOperate independently with full accountability for day-to-day performanceDrive exceptional guest experience, speed of service, and food qualityManage P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory controlsExecute brand standards, systems, and procedures with consistencyEstablish a strong team culture focused on accountability and resultsWhat We're Looking For:5-8 years of General Manager experience in QSR (required)Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of a locationExperience with new store openings or high-volume environments strongly preferredStrong leadership, training, and team development skillsSolid financial acumen (labor, food cost, budgeting, and forecasting)Hands-on leadership style with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentalityThis is an opportunity to take full ownership of a new location and play a key role in launching a growing concept in the market.
