This role is responsible for providing high-quality internal customer service by managing the shipping, receiving and inventory control of IT assets for our field associates. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.Be ready to:operate the Pitney Bowes shipping system and maintain accurate shipping recordsupdate address changes from PeopleSoft in the shipping systempack, ship and track IT assets going to field associatesmanage the equipment refresh schedule for field associatesupdate Remedy cases with shipment status and tracking informationmaintain detailed shipping and inventory logs using Microsoft Excelensure timely return of equipment from terminated and active associatesreceive, inspect and record incoming assets in PeopleSoft Financials, Remedy Asset Manager and Remedy Service Requestsreconcile UPS billing weekly and submit statements to Accounts Payablecoordinate with UPS on any shipping issues and claims resolutioncollaborate with service request analysts and PC technicians to ensure shipment accuracy and quality controlprocess, clean, repackage and restock equipment for reusesupport special shipping or inventory requests as neededmaintain adequate shipping and office suppliesconduct monthly inventory countsperform physical handling of IT equipment, including unboxing, stocking and stackingidentify and support continuous process improvements within inventory operationsmaintain our recycling efforts with recyclable packing materialscoordinate the delivery of donated materials to Crayons to Computers a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }periodically able to safely move and handle multiple packages weighing up to 40 poundsBe equipped with:self-motivation and the ability to work independentlystrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and documentationability to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesproven customer service and interpersonal communication skillsability to collaborate effectively with multiple departmentsflexibility and responsiveness to timelines while adhering to business requirementscapability to organize and maintain an efficient work areaproficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBring education and experience from:a high school diploma or equivalent (required)Enhance your talentsProviding outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
