Assistant Principal
St. Robert Catholic School is growing-and we are looking for a dedicated leader to grow with us! We are seeking an Assistant Principal who is passionate about supporting teachers, inspiring students, and helping shape the future of our faith-filled school community. Key Responsibilities 1. Faith & Culture -Support and model the Catholic mission and teachings -Assist with school liturgies, prayer life, and faith formation 2.Student Support & Discipline -Serve as a point of contact for student behavior and discipline -Promote a positive, virtue-based school culture 3.Staff Support & Mentorship -Support professional growth and development -Assist with evaluations and instructional support 4. School Operations -Help manage daily operations (attendance, supervision, scheduling) -Support communication with families 5.
