RENTAL PREP TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining and servicing rental equipment for safety and functional operation for the rental department. Responsible for cleaning equipment and performing basic hourly maintenance on all equipment. Operating all equipment and attachment to verify they operate properly and safely. Verifying all safety equipment on machines is in present and in working order. Reporting damages and machines overall condition to rental coordinators and manager before and after each rental. Must have good communication and phone etiquette, ability to multitask with customer walk-ins and multiple phone calls. Staging equipment for drivers and customers for smooth flow of delivery. Check in and Check out of all equipment throughout the day on mobile application.. Other duties as assigned by management RENTAL PREP TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements) Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
