Responsibilities Experience with developing a process using chemical/gas, various forms used in semiconductor application.
To work on semiconductor process areas like physical vapor deposition/etch technology development for advanced logic device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.
Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development.
2+ years semiconductor process experience; vacuum, plasma, photolithography, or high-energy ion-beam related technologies preferred
Background in process characterization and data analysis preferred
Expertise in surface analysis and thin film metrology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in both teams and individually
