Filament Wind Helper (Night Shift) - No Experience Required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Load and unload filament winder machine.Retrieve appropriate tooling for the job.Select and verify filament winder program based on the job.Set up machines.Clean machines.String machines.Complete paperwork as necessary.Remove and replace temporary flooring at workstation.Sweep and Mop floors as required.Labor in/out using data collect.Maintain 5S standards.Move completed parts to staging area.Perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.Work closely with other departments to determine priorities.Use of overhead crane.Follow all work procedures for the area.Comply with all safety and company policies.Qualifications & Experience:Education:High school diploma or GED.Experience:No experience required.Skills:Basic computer skills.Ability to read and speak English.Basic math skills.Basic knowledge of measuring devices, including calipers, OD micrometers, tape measure, and ruler.Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:Must be able to lift 45lbs.Must be able to wear all required PPE.Must be able to stand for 10-12 hrs per shift.Must be able to work in both hot and cold conditions.Must be able to work around different types of resins and composite materials.Must be able to work around chemicals and solvents such as acetone, releasing agents and various cleaning supplies.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
