Job TitleAI Workflow Automation ManagerLocation: RemoteTime Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST)Role OverviewThe AI Workflow Automation Manager leads the design and execution of intelligent workflows that power our clients’ marketing operations. This role blends hands-on technical implementation with client collaboration, translating business requirements into scalable AI-driven automation. You will manage complex workflow builds, support integrations, and help establish implementation standards across the customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of complex client workflow implementations on our AI platformDevelop and maintain Python automation scripts and SQL data workflows supporting integrations and reportingTroubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, often rebuilding environments to diagnose problemsCollaborate with client marketing and operations teams to map existing processes and design automated alternativesDefine implementation standards and document repeatable playbooks for scalable deliveryAct as a senior technical escalation point for complex client implementationsRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for automation, integration, and data workflow developmentExperience in a technical role involving workflow automation, systems integration, or marketing operationsExperience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, or Technical CSMAbility to translate operational needs into scalable automation solutionsPrior remote work experience is required. Candidates must be fluent in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms, and should ideally have worked with US or UK-based companies.
