You’ll work directly with the CFO to support a scalable, disciplined financial foundation as the business grows.What You’ll DoClient Billing & InvoicingReview executed client SOWs for billing terms, rates, and payment schedulesSet up new clients and projects in QuickBooksPrepare and submit invoices through client portals and QuickBooksTrack invoicing status and follow up on outstanding paymentsVendor Onboarding & PaymentsSend vendor onboarding communications, collect W-9s and contractsReview vendor invoices against approved contract terms before processingInitiate payments, coordinate approvals, issue Ramp cards when neededFull-Cycle BookkeepingRecord transactions and maintain accurate books in QuickBooksReconcile all balance sheet accounts monthlySync expenses from Ramp to QuickBooksMaintain organized financial documentationPayroll & BenefitsCoordinate payroll through our PEO — new hires, bonuses, reimbursementsSubmit and update 401(k) contributionsEnsure deductions align with benefit electionsExpense & Reimbursement ManagementReview employee expense submissions against company policyProcess reimbursements through payroll or other systemsFinancial ReportingUpdate and maintain internal financial dashboardsPrepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reportingTrack revenue-in-progress based on closed SOWs and pipelineTax Compliance & Year-EndPrepare 1099 filings from vendor payment recordsPrepare financial summaries for year-end tax filingCoordinate with CPA for tax preparation and federal filingWhat We’re Looking ForStrong understanding of accrual accounting and monthly close processesProficiency in QuickBooksExperience with expense management tools (Ramp or similar)Familiarity with PEO payroll systemsAbility to operate independently with minimal oversightExperience in professional services or consulting environments preferredAccounting degree, CPA, or equivalent experience strongly preferredImpactYou’ll build and maintain the financial foundation that enables Cloudality to scale with discipline—ensuring clean books, predictable reporting, and strong cash flow while working alongside leaders who value clarity, ownership, and operational excellence.Contact Emailcareers@cloudality.com Phone+1 (888) 302-0101 Apply Today!First NameLast NameEmailPhone NumberLEave us a noteUpload your resumeUpload FileMax file size 10MB.Uploading...fileuploaded.jpgUpload failed.
