Reservationist and Customer Service Representative

Patoka 4 Seasons Resort Looking for Part Time Reservation/Office Staff Position: We are looking for someone that can work with a weekend rotation or if they prefer they can be on every weekend and have weekdays off. The position is planned to be Seasonal but, can become a year round position for the right candidate. Our cabin Rental Resort has an Opening for a Motivated, High Integrity Individual with Great People Skills! This position is a Reservation/Office Associate Position. The position in part time. For candidates looking for more hours, we can combine this with a housekeeping role too allow near full time work during the Peak Season. We are looking for someone that can work with a weekend rotation or if they prefer they can be on every weekend and have weekdays off. The position is planned to be Seasonal but, can become a year round position for the right candidate. Must be RELIABLE and Flexible making sure to coordinate with the Manager on the Schedule. Responsibilties: - Manage Reservations in our Computer Software - Greet Customers and Process Check In's and Check Out's - Run the Office/Store including POS Sales, Customer Questions, etc - We do laundry for the resort in the Office when the store is slow which is part of this role - Handle any customer issues appropriately and/or speak to the Manager for Guidance as needed - Good Computer Skills are a must, do not need to be an expert but, must be familiar with Outlook, Excell and General Software Use Professional Behavior and Appearance is Mandatory. Other Duties will include: Helping with Laundry, Support both Maintenance and Housekeeping as needed. This includes documenting issues that need follow up and at times general support. Individual Must have a High School Degree. Preferred Individuals will be over 21 and will need to get their Alcohol Servers Permit. We will help you with that. Reliable transportation is a must; showing up late or missed days on the schedule are not permitted.
