Employment Law Attorney

Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. seeks to add an Associate with experience in Employment Law to its Business Litigation group in Troy, MI.Educational/Experience RequirementsA JD degree is required with excellent academic credentials.Must be licensed in the State of Michigan and be an active and in good standing member of the State Bar of Michigan.3-7 years of attorney experience.Prior experience in employment law, such as the defense of civil rights cases, matters involving non-compete/trade secrets, wage and hour claims, and general employment counseling.
