Technical Project Manager – Enterprise IntegrationsRemote workPart time only- 10 hours a week.We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Integrations to drive the delivery of high-value integration initiatives. In this role, you will lead cross-functional technical teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level integration workflows primarily using Workato and Workday Integration Cloud. You will bridge the gap between business analysts, corporate HR/Finance stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring our project delivery models align with the client.Job Description: 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Tech Project Manager leading highly technical software development or system integration projects.Proven track record managing at least 1-2 major Workday integration implementations or optimization projects (connecting Workday to downstream ERPs, identity systems, or field operation tools).Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects centered around Workato or equivalent enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps).Experience within the Construction, MEP, Engineering, or Real Estate/Facility operations space is highly preferred.Strong understanding of API structures (REST/SOAP), Workday Web Services (WWS), webhooks, data exchange protocols, JSON/XML, and database concepts (SQL Server, T-SQL).Proficient in using Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, tracking sprint velocity, and continuous deployment workflows.Comfort managing projects that utilize structured code repositories, custom branching, and tenant migration strategies.
