Sample Coordinator

Job Title: Sample CoordinatorOverview Responsible for the overall management of the omni assortment samples for all departments within the Men's & Women's Bottoms division. Assist in hitting sample deadlines in order to adhere to the photo studio schedule. Support Manager in working closely with Functional Leads across Omni Merchandising, Business Strategies and Marketing to enable successful execution. ResponsibilitiesManage omni assortment samples for all departments within the Men's & Women's Bottoms division to ensure timely completion and compliance with deadlinesAssist in hitting sample deadlines aligned with the photo studio scheduleCollaborate closely with Functional Leads across Omni Merchandising, Business Strategies, and Marketing to facilitate successful sample executionDevelop understanding of brand nuances to coordinate sample deadlines effectively based on business needsTrack sample completion status across departments and communicate updates proactively to managers and merchantsProvide clear recaps on sample check-in status, including sent samples and outstanding itemsSupport merchant team with ad hoc organizational tasks such as preparing business recaps and pulling shipping reportsRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sample coordination or related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectivelyExperience with sample tracking systems is a plusSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
