Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a National Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will lead national efforts to drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop and execute comprehensive business plans. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, fostering long-term relationships, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales and business objectives. The role requires proactive engagement and strategy to expand Wellstead Management's reach and impact across various industries. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and Business PlanningStrong skills in Account Management and maintaining existing client satisfactionAbility to build and foster long-term professional relationships with clients and partnersDemonstrated success in Sales and meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience in facilities, real estate, or asset management sectors is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferredSelf-motivated with the ability to lead in a remote work environment
