Alay Home Care - Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey .About Us:Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018. Since opening, we have serviced over 500 consumers throughout New Jersey. We're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 25 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.Pay: $21.40 - $30.00 per hourEmployment Type:Full-timePart-timeKey Responsibilities:Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Community integration and companionshipBehavioral support and mentorshipMedication administrationTransportation to community activitiesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED (or higher)At Least 18 Years of AgeCPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)Not certified yet?
