Sales Account Executive | Jewelry Technology
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive | Jewelry Technology with strong B2B sales experience in the jewelry industry. This role is focused on driving new business, closing deals, and expanding market presence for advanced software solutions serving retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and repair centers.The ideal candidate is a proven closer with deep knowledge of the jewelry sector and the ability to translate complex technology solutions into client value. This is a full-time role based in Edison, NJ, with extensive travel (approx. 50%). — Remote flexibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis. For candidates outside the area, the team can coordinate periodic in-office visits.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across retail, manufacturing, wholesale, and repair segments.Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with a focus on new business acquisition.Meet and exceed annual sales targets for the following solutions:ERP solutions (manufacturers/wholesalers)Retail POS solutionsRepair order management solutionsMaintain a strong presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and drive brand visibility.Collaborate with the internal sales support team for client onboarding, post-sale account management, and reorders.Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership.Qualifications5–10 years of B2B sales experience within the jewelry industry requiredProven success selling technology or software solutions in jewelry (or adjacent luxury industries) is highly advantageousDemonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Strong industry network (CBG, IJO, RJO, or other buying groups/associations) is a plus.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000, plus commission; commensurate with experienceEarning Potential: Competitive commission plan with no cap on earningsIncentive-driven compensation designed to reward strong sales performanceBenefits package to be discussed during the interview processWhy Join?Our client is a leading provider of specialized software solutions built exclusively for the jewelry industry.
